REFUND POLICY

At Coastal Calm, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of hemp products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once products leave our facility.​

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for replacement, you must provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Shipping Errors

If your order is lost or delayed by the carrier, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee refunds for third-party shipping delays.
