. Federal Compliance (2018 Farm Bill & 2026 Extensions Act)

Coastal Calm only ships products that meet the federal definition of industrial hemp. Under the 2026 Extensions Act, all products are tested for Total THC (the combined concentration of $\Delta^{9}$-THC and THCa).
 

• Dry Weight Limit: All hemp flower and intermediate products contain no more than 0.3% Total THC on a dry-weight basis.

• Finished Product Limit: In accordance with federal law, finished hemp-derived cannabinoid products do not exceed 0.4mg of Total THC per container.
   

2. Age Verification (21+ Only)
In compliance with Florida Statute §581.217 and federal guidelines, all purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.
 

• Verification: We use a third-party age verification system at checkout.

• Delivery: An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery for all inhalable or ingestible hemp products.
   

3. Shipping Restrictions
While our products are federally compliant, state laws regarding "THC Blends" and hemp-derived cannabinoids vary.
 

• Excluded States: We currently do not ship to states that have banned "Total THC" products or specific hemp-derived cannabinoids (e.g., [Insert restricted states like WA, OR, ID based on your current legal audit]).

• Postal Carriers: We ship via USPS and other private carriers that permit the mailing of legal hemp when accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
   

4. Transparency & Lab Results
Every shipment is accompanied by documentation verifying its legal status.
 

• COA Access: Customers can access the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis by scanning the QR code on the product packaging or visiting our [Lab Results Page].

• Batch Traceability: All products are labeled with a batch or lot number that matches the provided COA.
